*Maintain 100% tie off and follow all other safety procedures pertaining to the task at hand.

*Perform Passive Intermodulation (PIM) and ANRITZU sweep tests on coaxial cable to determine RSSI and return loss issues.

*Climb cellular towers sometimes in excess of 300 feet.

*Communicate with the cell technicians on the work that will be done and confirm that readings are acceptable when work is complete.

* Make structural changes and adjustments as the work will require.

-Adjust azimuths of sector frames and platforms.

-Tightening bolts on structural members of towers that were left or have come loose

-Install “stiff arms”

*Use an azmuth tool to adjust correctly the direction that the antennas are pointing according to customer wishes.

*Replace antennas, TMA’s, RRU’s, connectors, or jumpers in the line to correct return loss and PIM.
